I’m a qualified personal trainer & group fitness instructor with more than 18 years experience in bodybuilding & fitness.

After my successful career as a Bikini Fitness competitor (6 years) I got more into HIIT / functional training and body conditioning.

Most Personal Trainers are fully aware that in order to change the unhealthy lifestyle you have to work within it. You will find that many PT’s can give you nutritional and lifestyle advice – whether you take it is up to you.

We are only with you a few hours a week, but the fitter you become, the better you will treat your body as a natural consequence.

You are the client and so should be able to train when you want. Do remember however, that trainers will have existing clients and so your first choice may not be available and it’s best to be flexible 😉

A personal training session will normally last for one hour. This will go along the lines of a brief warm-up, followed by your main training programme (where you will focus on your goals using cardiovascular), strength, or flexibility exercises. Finally there will be a cool down or relaxation period. Any programme may vary from one session to the next according to the clients’ needs and progress.

Depending on your goal and training requirements, Personal Training can take place in and around your home, local park or gym. I also offer personal training at the Streatham Ice Rink & Leisure centre.

Training with a friend or in a small group can be a fun way to exercise and can help bring the best out of you.

You can cancel a personal training session by giving more than 24 hours notice to reschedule that session to another day, or time. Less than 24 hours notice to cancel your training session will result in losing that session. You may also cancel all your personal training sessions at any time for any reason.

I will go through the personal training contract with you before our very first session.

As long as you give reasonable notice I will freeze your training until your return.
